Terms of sale

The terms that apply when you buy from SBM Skincare.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract once we confirm it and payment is reconciled — or, for cash on delivery, once you confirm the delivery code we send to your phone. We may decline an order where stock has run out, where the delivery address is outside a serviced area, or where a payment cannot be verified.

Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in UGX and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We accept card, MTN MoMo, Airtel Money and cash on delivery.
  • Cash on delivery is capped at UGX 500,000 per order and is available in Kampala, Entebbe, Wakiso, Mukono, Jinja, Mbarara, Gulu.
  • Nothing is dispatched until the payment for it has been reconciled.

Delivery

Standard delivery is UGX 5,000. You can follow an order through processing, dispatched and delivered from your account. Please make sure someone can receive the parcel at the address and on the number you gave us — our driver will call ahead.

Returns and refunds

For hygiene reasons, opened skincare cannot be returned unless it is faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered. Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or a refund to the original payment method. Refunds are approved by a finance officer and are recorded against the original transaction.

Subscriptions and refills

A refill schedule raises a new order at the interval you chose, charged to your selected payment method. You can pause, change or cancel it at any time from Subscriptions, and a change takes effect before the next run date.

Descriptions, ingredient lists and routine guidance are provided in good faith for general information. They are not medical advice and are not a diagnosis. Patch-test new products, introduce actives one at a time, and speak to a dermatologist about a persistent skin condition. Manufacturers reformulate from time to time — always read the label on the pack you receive.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account. We may suspend an account that is being used fraudulently or to abuse cash on delivery.
